Is there a free trial?
The editor is the trial. Build the whole mockup with your own recording and watch the preview before you pay anything.
How much is Pro?
$35 billed monthly, or $240 billed once a year, which works out at $20 a month. Prices include tax, and checkout shows your local currency.
Which browsers can export?
Chrome, Edge and Safari on a computer are recommended. We check your browser before checkout, so you're never asked to pay for exports it can't make.
What happens when I cancel?
Export keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. There are no partial refunds, and your edits stay in your browser. Everything you exported stays yours to use.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of your first purchase, if you've made fewer than 3 exports, write to us and we'll refund it. See the Terms.
Will the price go up?
Not for you. Your price in US dollars is locked for as long as your subscription stays active. If you pay in another currency, the amount follows the exchange rate at each renewal. If you cancel and come back, today's price applies.
Why does my card statement say LINK.COM?
Stripe sells Motion Mockups on our behalf through Link and handles tax, receipts and payment support, so the charge appears as LINK.COM* MOTIONMOCKUPS.
Can I use exports for client work?
Yes. Videos and stills you export while subscribed can be used commercially, including for clients, ads, app stores and social media, with no attribution, and that stays true after you cancel. You may not resell the scenes themselves. See the Licence.
